Thank you. The Round House Primary Academy PTFA
We will be holding an open afternoon on Monday 18th May from 2.50pm - 3.10pm for all classes from Reception to Year 6. This will be a chance for children to show the work they have been doing in class. We will open the side gate by the hall for parents/carers to access the classrooms.
We look forward to seeing you there.
Thank you to everyone that attended the PTFA Spring Disco. The PTFA raised an amazing amount of £495.47 for our school. Thank you to everyone who gave up their time to help raise money for our school!
Unfortunately, in view of the rain over night and the weather forecast, we have decided to postpone the KS1 Sports Day this morning. We will make a decision at 11.30am regarding the KS2 Sports Day scheduled for this afternoon.
Tours of the school for parents of Reception children due to start in September 2026 are now available. Please see our 'Parents', 'New Reception Intake Information for September 2026' section for details. Further dates will be added soon.
We are deeply saddened to hear about the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and join the nation in mourning her loss. Our immediate thoughts are with her family, and we join those across the Nation and Commonwealth in remembering her with the deepest of affection and love. We remember too, the commitment she has shown to all of us throughout her remarkable reign.

On 23rd January, Mr Hall from Dove Class travelled up to Sheffield to take part in the British Masters Indoor Athletics Championships in the pentathlon (which includes 60m hurdles, long jump, shot put, high jump and 1000m), hoping to become British Champion for the M35 age group. After the five events, he ended up winning the event and breaking the British Record by 74 points, with a score of 3461pts. We are all very proud of his achievement.
